Sign up instructions for Galaxy Digital

 

If you are volunteering as part of a team please refer to the team sign up portion.

 

1.Please begin with filling out your volunteer profile.

First and last name. Phone number, address, email and emergency contact are required on registration. This ensures there is a way to reach you, there is a way to opt out of emails and texts by clicking the option to be taken off the list and it will only show up in your volunteer application if you choose. Your birth date is used to determine which waiver you will be asked to sign. If you under 18 you will be asked to submit a parent or guardians. You must initial and sign the waiver in order to sign up for any opportunities.

2.Next please fill out your availability. This is the same process as the prior paper applications. The option to include on call is in this as well. this allows you to sign up for the opportunities you would like to participate in.

3. You will be asked to input skills, these are important as they affect the opportunities you will be able to view in the profile. These include things like physical labor, food prep etc. Please check as many as you would like in the boxes, we can always use skills for special events.

4. Next you can select the programs you would like to volunteer for.

Pantry and Dinner service are part of our regular programming. Special events are things like dinners, golf tournaments and tabling for events.

5. You are now ready to volunteer! Your schedule will look like this.
